North American private jet industry is celebrating. NetJets just made the biggest private jet order in the history of private jet industry.
The worth of the order is close to $10billion. To be more precise it is $9.6 billion. The whole sum will be divided between Cessna and Bombardier. Canadian Bombardier is also well known and able company in producing small and medium aircraft and special purpose air frames.
Even far from the private jet market Bombardier is well known with their firefighting aircraft Bombardier 415 delivered and used in more than 20 countries in the world.
NetJet will buy close to 100 Bombardiers in two types. The first type is mid-size private jets Bombardier Challenger 300 and second type of private jets which are ordered are Bombardier Challenger 605 large cabin jets. There is option for a bigger order, because there is announcement for an order of 175 more Bombardiers.
